You can only come up with a solution if you really know what the grower is up against. This starts by listening carefully, asking questions and walking around the greenhouse together. Because Metazet speaks the grower’s language, we have a sharp ear and come up with solutions that help with smarter growing. This means, for example, that we take productivity, ease of work or hygiene to a higher level.
From concept to product
How does it start? Together with the grower, we arrive at a set of requirements. What is the problem? What must the solution meet? This results in a concept that we test and then scale up to an applicable product for the greenhouse. Our people combine practical knowledge with a technical background so that we take a structured and practical approach to each design.
Own Tool Workshop
Does customization require tools that do not yet exist? No problem at all for Metazet. We have our own Tool Workshop, so we can design and manufacture the right tools in-house.
Demo greenhouse
We design and create your solution. But it doesn’t stop there. In our Demo Greenhouse and R&D Center, we extensively test the product or system in a natural environment. That way we and you can be sure that the solution is 100% satisfactory before we launch it in the greenhouse.
Development does not stop at design. New systems are first developed technically and then tested for load, service life, chemical resistance and/or movement. Only when it is clear how a product behaves in practice is it applied. We do this in our demo greenhouse or R&D center PROOF.
