Personal data is collected by Metazet for a number of purposes. These are explained below.
Your information will be collected when you contact Metazet through the website. However, this form requests only the information necessary to provide a proposal or service, such as your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and project description.
Metazet’s website collects your information to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and thus is not tied to your personal information. Consider information such as the length of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot.
All data is processed only with your express consent, or in fulfillment of the agreements entered into.
The data Metazet receives and processes are managed through:
Metazet’s e-mail is hosted at Microsoft Office 365. If you contact us through the forms or by mail, those emails are stored on Microsoft’s servers.
The Web site and backups of the Web site are hosted at WideXS. Data that you leave on Metazet’s Web site is stored on WideXS servers.
Your data will be kept by Metazet for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for the performance of activities, unless we are required to keep your data for a longer period of time by law.
When you contact Metazet by mail, the information you send, such as your name, company name, and e-mail address, is stored on the mail server. Those emails are kept for up to two years back.
The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, so it is not associated with your name, company or email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
No physical copies of your personal data will be made. Your data is managed only in the aforementioned systems and software.
The personal data managed by Metazet or by aforementioned third parties is only accessible through the above software and is password protected and where possible with two-step verification.
In this two-step verification, a code is generated from software and sent to Metazet. This code should be used during the login process.
The devices that access your data are each themselves locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data will be limited to only those needed.
In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to Metazet’s Web site is private. You recognize this security by the green lock in front of the URL.
You have the right at all times to request your data recorded and stored by Metazet. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting Metazet by phone. You will then get an overview of your data.
Is your data not correct? Or has your information changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Metazet.
Do you no longer want your data recorded with Metazet? Then you have the right to have your data erased.
You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority if you feel that Metazet is not handling your data properly.
Do you not want Metazet to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data.

Metazet processes personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. Think of offering services or products of Metazet via e-mail. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
The data that are mandatory to provide are the minimum data required to offer the services or products. For example, your e-mail address or phone number is needed to contact you. If these mandatory data are not provided, Metazet cannot offer the service in question.
Should it be necessary to share information you have shared with Metazet with parties other than those listed above, your permission to do so will first be sought.
Metazet reserves the right to disclose any information as required by law or when Metazet deems it necessary to comply with a legal request/process or to protect the rights, property or safety of Metazet. In doing so, we always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
